Text Version

  • Been practicing my drawing skills. I'm getting pretty good!
  • Yeah you are! Your upgraded stick figure looks amazing! Keep practicing different poses and facial expressions as well!
  • This week we're going to review The 3 Core Productivity System Components we'll be applying our drawing skills to:
    • Task Management
    • Notes
    • Calendar
  • Tasks are actions you can take, things that need to get done
  • Notes are resources and reference materials you'd like to remember and/or use later
  • A Calendar is where you keep track of events and time based tasks
  • You're most likely familiar with these things already, but it's important to start with the basics. It's also a great way to point out that productivity systems are made up of a few simple parts. They don't need to be complex to be effective.
  • In the next few newsletter issues I'll be showing you how you can apply drawings and others visuals in these 3 productivity system components to help them become more fun and memorable
    • Awesome! I'm itching to apply my new drawing skills.
  • Until next time!
