The SIMPLEST Paper to Digital Productivity Workflow

The SIMPLEST Paper to Digital Productivity Workflow

Hello world!

Thanks for coming along on my crazy productivity adventure!

I've been using a physical notebook as a planner (most commonly known as a Bullet Journal) off and on for about 8 years. There are many benefits I get from using a notebook that I just don't get when using an app on my phone:

Benefits of a Physical Notebook
  • No need to charge a battery
  • Instant access (no load times)
  • Distraction free
  • Safe and secure
  • No internet connection required
  • Tactile satisfaction

However, there are benefits of using an app that a physical notebook doesn't have:

Benefits of a Productivity App
  • Practically infinite storage
  • Instant / fast search
  • Data backups
  • Editable

I don't like having to choose between these amazing benefits, so I developed a system that lets me have both.

And you can learn all about my system in my latest video on YouTube!

The system is designed to be simple enough for anyone to use and/or modify to their needs.

If you decide to give the system a try, let me know how it goes or if you have any questions!

If you're curious to know why I the Bullet Journal and Obsidian are my productivity tools of choice, you can read about them both here:
