The Core Piece of ANY Project

My YouTube video this week is all about game design documents for video games, but the principles I discuss can be applied to any project.

I used the leadership framework Simon Sinek writes about in his book Start With Why.

In order for any project to be successful, you need to start with the why, the purpose behind the project.

You know what, I'm just going to let Simon talk about it. He's a lot better at explaining it than me 😆
